Although this is not directly about NLP or Hypnosis, I could not resist posting this enlightening video where education maverick Ken Robinson describes the changes needed to our existing education paradigm, i.e. how children are trained to think.
Particularly listen for his analysis of, not what issues plague our modern public education system, but HOW we think about education, i.e. the meaning behind the concept. He presents a very clear modern model of the mind and what it means to be ‘intelligent’, and a brilliant analysis of how we came to think about it this way.
I find his approach particularly enlightening because he is able to look at the backdrop of our education system, not the system itself, and this is exactly what is at the core of what The Masterminds does. It is particularly relevant for the Thinking Styles programme (which teaches you to realise and understand HOW we think about what we think about).
The animation is fabulous as well!
